Meet Karen Meece, born and raised in Southern California. Karen understands and appreciates the lifestyle that Orange County has to offer its residents. As a Licensed Real Estate Professional for 30 years, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to selling Real Estate. Having started her career in 1995, she worked as a resale agent selling homes throughout the greater Orange County area, specializing in South County.

Her passion for home-building led her to join the New Homebuilder business in 2001. Karen successfully opened several new home Communities, including Talega in San Clemente, Esencia in Rancho Mission Viejo, Tustin Legacy, Platinum Triangle in Anaheim, Woodbury and Stonegate communities in Irvine, as well as the newest 55+ Senior Living community, Travata, and the Great Park.

She worked for nationally known builders — Standard Pacific Homes, Lennar, and Irvine Pacific. Working for new home builders gave her the opportunity to learn about the construction process from the ground up. As a Sales Counselor for new construction, Karen guided buyers through choosing upgrades, and worked closely with Escrow and Lending teams. This experience has become a valuable tool as a Real Estate Agent, helping her guide clients seamlessly through the process of buying or selling properties.
